How to request the role secretary supervisor or secretary chair group
Which roles can I request?
You can request two roles in Hora Finita:
- Secretary of chair group / 'leerstoelgroepmedewerker'
- Secretary of supervisor / 'secretaresse van promotor'
Where can I request those roles?
If you wish to request one of the above roles, you need to send an email to [email protected].
In this e-mail you must provide proof that the supervisor or professor approved or requested this roll. This can for example be an e-mail from the supervisor / professor.
