Role secr. promotor vs. chairgroup secretary
As management/office-assistant, you can have two roles in Hora Finita: the role of 'secretary of promotor' and the role of 'chairgroup secretary'.
As 'secretary of promotor' you have access to the PhD projects and -registrations of a specific promotor (regardless the chair group).
As 'chairgroup secretary' you have access to the PhD projects and -registrations of your chair group.
