I cannot find my PhD candidate in my Hora Finita overview (Supervisor)
If you, as WUR supervisor, cannot find your PhD candidate on your Hora Finita Dashboard, check whether any of the following apply to your situation:
- You have joined the supervision team during the PhD project. Please see: Members of the supervision team;
- You have the role "other member guidance team" instead of (co)promotor. Please see: Members of the supervision team;
- The registration of the PhD candidate has not (yet) been finalized. Please see: PhD project registrations;
- The PhD project has the status terminated or graduated. Please see: Finalized PhD projects .

Members of the supervision team
Promotors and copromotors of a PhD candidate have access to the PhD project in Hora Finita. If you cannot find the PhD candidate on your Dashboard, please ask the Chair group secretary or Secretary of promotor if you are part of the supervision team according to Hora Finita. If this is not the case, the Chair group secretary can submit a proposal in Hora Finita to add you to the supervision team.
Please note: the role "other member guidance team" does not have access to the PhD project in Hora Finita.
PhD project registrations
If the registration of the PhD candidate in Hora Finita has not (yet) been finalized, the PhD candidate can be found underneath PhD project registrations.
Finalized PhD projects
Your Dashboard shows your current PhD candidates, as default setting. A complete overview of all your PhD candidates, can be found via the link "Go to list of My PhD candidates".
The number of your graduated PhD candidates, is shown underneath Current PhD candidates.
1. Click on Go to list of my PhD candidates
2. Click on the X behind active
An overview of all PhD projects (graduated, terminated and started) is shown.
3. You can search in the list by using the search fields (e.g. the name of the PhD candidate, status) or by using the filter.
