How to change the status of the PhD traject to 'stopped'?
Only change the status from started to stop. Do not change the status to other statuses, please contact the Doctoral Service Centre for this.
Navigate to the right PhD project and go to the 'General' tab.
Click on the 'change status' button.
You can here change the status of the PhD project.
You can then fill in the date and add a termination reason.
After clicking the 'Save' bottom at the bottom of the page, you will receive the following message:
