• Pick up the Pointer (1) at the reception 
• The  Microphone (2) is on the desk
• If PC is off, turn it on by pressing the ON button on the PC under the desk (3) 
• Press the Projector On button (4) on the Control Panel on the desk 

• Press Select PC (advised) (5), or Select Laptop (6) 
• Switch the lights by pressing the Light Preset 1 and/or Light Preset 2 buttons (7)
• Switch the screens by pressing the Open Screens and/or Close Screens buttons (8)
• Volume button (9) adjusts the volume of the speakers

• Press the small red button on the side of the Clip-On Microphone device to turn it on
• On top of the device, you can switch between muted (yellow light) and sound on (green light)
• The volume of the Clip-On Microphone is not adjustable. To increase the volume, place the microphone closer to your mouth
• Press the small red button on the side of the Clip-On Microphone device to turn it off 

Charge Microphone
To charge the Microphone, connect the charging cable from the box to the black bottom part of the Microphone

Sound problems
Check if the room speakers are selected. In the bottom-right corner of the PC Monitor, click on the speaker symbol and select ExtronScalerD (Intel(R) Display Audio)

• Pull the USB dongle out of the Logitech Pointer and plug it into the USB-socket in the Control Panel (10)

In the task bar on the bottom of the Computer screen,

• Click on the Show hidden icons symbol > click on the Logitech Presentation symbol (yellow dot with arrow)
• A SPOTLIGHT menu appears, from which you can choose your pointer function
• The Logitech Pointer functions (highlight, magnify, digital laser) are visible to online students too

• You can use your own pointer. Plug the USB-dongle of your pointer into the USB-socket in the Control Panel (10)
• Keep in mind, a laser pointer is not visible to online students

• Do not switch off the PC! Sign out from your account on the PC 
• Press Projector Off button (11) on Control Panel. 
• Switch off the light by pressing the Light Preset 1 and/or Light Preset 2 buttons (7)
• Return the Pointer (1) to the reception
