Getting Started
  • Pick up a Pointer (1) at the reception 
  • If PC is off, turn it on by pressing the ON (2) button 
  • Press the Projector On (3) button on the Control Panel 
  • Volume button (4) adjusts the volume of the speakers
  • Press Select PC (5) (advised) or Select Laptop (6) if you use your own device
  • Press the Black Screen (7) button to stop projecting the PC/Laptop screen

Sound Problems

Check if the room speakers are selected. In the bottom-right corner of the PC Monitor, click on the speaker symbol and select ExtronScalerD (Intel(R) Display Audio).
Pointer
 Use the Digital Pointer

The Logitech Pointer can be picked up at the reception of the building (1).
  • Pull the USB dongle out of the Logitech Pointer and plug it into the USB-socket of the PC on the desk 

In the task bar on the bottom of the Computer screen,

  • Click on the Show hidden icons symbol > click on the Logitech Presentation symbol (yellow dot with arrow)
  • A SPOTLIGHT menu appears, from which you can choose your pointer function
  • The Logitech Pointer functions (highlight, magnify, digital laser) are visible to online students too
Use the Laser Pointer or your own pointer
  • You can use your own pointer. Plug the USB-dongle of your pointer into the USB-socket of the PC on the desk 
Finishing up
  • Do not switch off the PC! Sign out from your account on the PC 
  • Press Projector Off button (8) on Control Panel
  • Return the Pointer (1) to the reception
