After the Doctoral Service Centre rejected the manuscript the supervisor will receive an email informing them about the rejection. The supervisor will tell the PhD candidate who will make a rebuttal. After the PhD candidate is ready, the Doctoral Service Centre will start a new review round.

Navigate to the right PhD project

1. Click on the 'Assessment' tab.

2. Click on the 'Create new round' button

Now the PhD candidate can submit their new manuscript and the first supervisor will receive an email to review the manuscript. After that, the Doctoral Service Centre will receive an email asking them to invite the Assessment Committee to review the manuscript again.

1. Navigate to the Assessment tab.

2. You can now ask the Assessment Committee to review the manuscript again by clicking the 'Send e-mail' button underneath 'Invitation to assess sent to Assessment Committee'

The Assessment Committee will review the manuscript and the PhD office will receive an email with their results and the question to review the manuscript.
