Steps to enter and invite the chair of the ceremony
Navigate to the right PhD project
1. Click on the 'Ceremony' tab.
2. You can fill in the chair underneath 'Chair of the ceremony'
3. Send an e-mail to the chair of the ceremony by clicking the 'Send e-mail' button.
1. Add any attachments such as a summary of the assessments of the opponents to this e-mail.
The assessments of the opponents can be downloaded via the PhD track, tab documents, download the most recent version of 'assessment committee snapshot (final)
2. If you are ready to send the e-mail, you can click on the 'Send' button
