After the PhD candidate has submitted the manuscript, they will submit the propositions. The propositions will first be assessed by the supervisor. After it has been approved by the supervisor, the PhD Office will be asked to assess the propositions.

Once the supervisor has approved the propositions, the PhD office will receive an email asking them to review the propositions. Click on the link in the email:

This will take you to the following page where you can review them.

1. Download the file of the thesis and the propositions by clicking on the 'Download' button.

2. Fill in your assessment underneath 'Your assessment'.

3. Submit the assessment by clicking on the 'Submit' button.

After approving the propositions, the supervisor and PhD candidate will receive an email with the results.

If you reject the propositions, the PhD candidate will be informed and asked to submit their improved propositions.
