Degree certificate or exemption
The degree certificate or exemption and how to review a PhD registration are matters that are linked and belong together due to the degree evaluation.
General information
The degree certificate or exemption is linked to the QE to some extent. If the assessment Nuffic is requested, this requirement will be created. Then we know that the application has been started.
If the assessment is positive, we put this requirement on 'Mark resolved'. If the assessment is negative, the procedure for Qualifying Exam (QE) follows.
Has a QE been submitted (Submit Qualifying exam proposal) and approved, then we set this requirement to Mark resolved, completed with the remark that a QE must be done. Then the requirement 'Take Qualifying Exam' is created.
This requirement can also be created as a reminder to receive an official diploma from a candidate if they have uploaded a provisional diploma from DUO (this usually takes place within 3 months).
Do not forget to mention this in the comments!
