How to adjust the promotion premium of a PhD project?
General information
In Hora Finita will be registered which chair group(s) will receive (a part of) the promotion premium. Sometimes the division of the promotion premium between participating chair groups changes.
The secretariat are able to view the division of the promotion premium, but is not authorized to change the percentages. If the percentages of the promotion premium should be changed in Hora Finita, the secretary or supervisor can send a request for adjustment to [email protected].
The final percentages will be registered in the graduation phase by the first supervisor, when they approve the manuscript.
Where can I find the promotion premiums during the research phase?
The promotion premiums can be found on the tab General of the PhD project.
1. Go to PhD projects > PhD projects
2. Click on the right PhD project
The tab General opens.
3. Go to Promotion premiums in the middle of the tab.
Where can I find the promotion premiums after graduation?
The promotion premiums can be found on the tab General of the PhD project. You first have to search/filter for graduated PhD projects.
1. Go to PhD projects > PhD projects
2. Click on the x behind active
3. Enter the name of the PhD candidate (enter)> click on the right PhD project
