If the promotion premium needs to be divided between multiple participating chair groups, the provisional allocation can be indicated in Hora Finita during the registration phase of a PhD project. Sometimes this information is not known yet or might change during the project.

If required, the chairgroup can send a request for adjustment of the division of the promotion premium to the Graduate School at any given moment during the research phase. The chairgroup secretary and/or secretary of the promotor do not have access to make modifications.

The final commitment will be registered in the graduation phase by the first supervisor when they approve the manuscript, see manual.
