Once a PhD candidate has submitted their propositions for review, you will receive an email notifying you of the submission. This email contains a link directly to the propositions page.

You will also find a new task on your dashboard in Hora Finita. Click on the task 'Assess propositions for (name PhD)' to go to the propositions page.  

You can download the propositions PDF and file of thesis using the 'Download' button

Once the propositions have been reviewed: in the assessment section you can either choose to approve or not approve the manuscript.

Once you have completed you assessment click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.

In case of approval, the Doctoral Service Centre and the CvP (College van Promoties) will receive a request to evaluate the propositions.

In case of rejection, the PhD candidate receives a message containing the motivation. The PhD candidate can then resubmit the propositions.
