How to review Propositions?
Once a PhD candidate has submitted their propositions for review, you will receive an email from Hora Finita informing you about the submission. This email contains a link to the propositions page. You will also find a new task on your Dashboard in Hora Finita. Click on the task 'Assess propositions for (name PhD candidate)' to go to the propositions page.
Reviewing the propositions
1. Go to the propositions page via the link in the email or via Tasks on your Dashboard
2. Download the propositions
3. After you have reviewed the propositions, enter your assessment
4. Click on Submit.
If you have approved the propositions, the Doctoral Service Centre will receive a request to evaluate the propositions. If you have rejected the propositions, the PhD candidate receives a message containing the motivation. The PhD candidate can then resubmit the propositions.
