The following roles have authorisation to make a reservation for a PhD ceremony slot: 

• supervisor
• co-supervisor
• secretary of the 1st supervisor (if the role of this supervisor is delegated to this secretary in Hora Finita) 
• chairgroup secretary (this needs to be the chairgroup where the PhD candidate is registered)
