The final commitment of the promotion premium between multiple chair groups will be registered in the graduation phase by the first supervisor when they approve the manuscript, see manual. The chair group secretary and/or supervisors secretary do not have access to make modifications.

Only in exceptional cases, the chair group can send a request for adjustment of the division of the promotion premium to the Graduate School at any given moment during the research phase.
