How to log in with an unique security mailcode in Hora Finita?

When you receive an email asking you to perform an action in Hora Finita, you sometimes need to do this using an unique code authentication code in order to log in.

This manual guides you through this process.

Step 1

Open the mail from Hora Finita.

Step 2

Click on the link in the Hora Finita e-mail asking you to perform an action.

You will now be sent to an authentication page of Hora Finita.

Sometimes this authentication page has both a 'login' button and a 'request code by email' button. In this case, you should always use the 'request code by email' button.

Step 3

Click on the request code by email.

A pop-up will confirm your request for a security code.

You will receive the security code via an email from Hora Finita.

The security code is only valid for 15 minutes from the moment you press the 'request code by email' button.

  • If this time has passed before you try to log in, you need to request a new code.

Step 4

Fill in the security code and click on the 'Submit code' button.
