How to propose modification of the project supervision team
During the PhD project, it could happen that the supervision team needs to be modified. The chair group secretary can submit a proposal in Hora Finita for the new composition of the supervision team.
After the proposal has been submitted, the first supervisor, the PhD candidate and the Doctoral Service Centre (DSC) will receive an email from Hora Finita to review the modification.
Only the chair group secretary can submit a request in Hora Finita for modification of the supervision team.
Approval of the proposal
If the proposal has been approved, the following persons will be informed via email: the former and new members of the supervision team, the PhD candidate, the graduate school, the secretariat and the DSC office.
Rejection of the proposal
If the proposal has been rejected, the chair group secretary will be informed via email. The reason for rejection can be found in the email. The chair group secretary can then submit a new proposal.
