How to register MSc courses?

If a PhD candidate needs to sign up for MSc courses, the Chairgroup Secretary needs to generate the Course document. After the PhD candidate completed the form, it needs to be send to the Graduate School who sends it to the Student Registration.

Generating the Course document

Navigate to the right PhD project and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the 'Generate documents' button.

Select the right document by ticking the box (Course Registration Form)

Click on the 'Generate selected documents' button.

A Word document will be downloaded. You have to send this document to the PhD candidate by email, so the PhD candidate can fill in the form.
