How to register MSc courses?

If a PhD needs to sign up for MSc courses, the Graduate School or the Chairgroup Secretary needs to generate the Course document. After the PhD completed the form, they have to send it to the secretary of the Graduate School who sends it to the PhD Office. The PhD Office then sends it to the Student Registration.

Please note: both the Graduate School and the Chairgroup secretary can generate the course document, but only the Graduate School is involved in steps after generating this document!

Generating the Course document

Navigate to the right PhD project and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the 'Generate documents' button.

Select the right document by ticking the box (Course Registration Form)

Click on the 'Generate selected documents' button.

A Word document will be downloaded. You have to send this document to the PhD candidate by email, so the PhD candidate can fill in the form.
