What is an interview?

General information

Interviews are moments of supervision, used to monitor and evaluate the progress of your PhD project. Periodic interviews are automatically created by Hora Finita after your registration as PhD candidate has been approved.

Where can I find my interviews?

Go to your PhD dashboard. Here you can find an overview of your interviews. Click on the interview to open the tab Interview.

How do I complete an interview in Hora Finita?

Before the interview is finalized in Hora Finita, you can check if the information is correct and complete. Please find below an overview of who is responsible for the final steps to complete the interview.

Introduction meeting graduate school
Your graduate school has to enter and save the result ('Done').

Go/NoGo (RA)
Your supervisor has to fill in the questionnaire, enter the result (Go or NoGo) and submit the result, after which the chair holder has to assess the result.

Annual meeting
Your supervisor has to enter the result ('Done') and submit the interview, after which you will be asked to review the interview.
