Every year Idealis checks whether PhD candidates who rent a room are actually registered in Hora Finita. You can download the document 'Proof of registration' in Hora Finita and submit it to Idealis when requested.

From the moment your registration as PhD candidate is approved, the document 'Proof of registration' is available in your Documents tab in Hora Finita. However, Idealis requires that the document is not older than two months. Therefore you should generate a new document.

This manual describes how to generate a proof of registration.

1.  Go to your Dashboard > Click on My PhD

2. Click on Documents

3. Click on Generate document

4. Select the document type

5. Click on Generate document

6. Click on Download
