Your Dashboard gives you an overview of different topics, such as the next task on your checklist, upcoming training activities, progress interviews and emails you received from Hora Finita. Via the menu at the left side of the page you can navigate to specific topics.

At the top right of the page you can change your settings:
- Circle: click on the circle to change the contrast mode of your screen
- Drop-down menu: click on the triangle behind your name. Here you can find the Logout button. Click on My details to view your personal details, to change your preferred email address or to change your project description.
- Flags: click on one of the flags to choose your preferred language.

At the bottom of your Dashboard you will find your checklist.

Your checklist shows an overview of the tasks you, and other people who are involved in your PhD project, have to perform in Hora Finita.

The columns at the right side of the checklist show who is responsible for the task, the deadline and the date on which the task was finalized.

Click on the link to go to the task.

The icons in front of the task show you the status:
- green mark: the task has been completed
- hourglass (for progress interviews only): the milestone has been submitted and is now in the process of being reviewed
- orange arrow: the next task on the checklist that has not been completed yet
- grey mark: this task is one of the tasks that needs to be completed.

The task underneath Next-up at the top of your Dashboard, correspond with the next task on your checklist that has not been completed yet.
