How to submit a Data Management Plan in Hora Finita?
This instruction explains how to submit a Data Management Plan. For more information and guidance on how to create, review and share a Data Management Plan, go to DMPonline (wur.nl).
Submit Data Management Plan
Go to your PhD Checklist and click on ‘requirement’ underneath ‘Requirement: Submit Data Management Plan’.
Upload the proposal in the field ‘attachment’
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save your proposal.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit your proposal. Those involved will get an e-mail to review your proposal.
You will receive the following message:
Approved
Your first supervisor will review and judge your data management plan. If your data management plan is approved you will receive an email of your approval.
Rejected
If your data management plan is rejected you will receive the following email:
You can change your data management plan by following the previous steps.
