How to submit a Data Management Plan in Hora Finita?

This manual describes how to submit a Data Management Plan. For more information and guidance on how to create, review and share a Data Management Plan, go to DMPonline (wur.nl).

Submit Data Management Plan

1. Go to your Dashboard > Go to your PhD checklist

2. Click on "requirement" underneath 'Requirement: Submit Data Management Plan’

3. Click on Browse to upload your Data Management Plan

4. Click on Submit.

You will receive the following message:

Your first supervisor will review your Data Management Plan. You will receive an email from Hora Finita about the outcome.

Rejected

If your Data Management Plan is rejected, you will receive an email from Hora Finita about the rejection. You can change your Data Management Plan by following the previous steps. When you click on Submit, you will see this pop-up at the top of your screen:

Click on OK to submit the new version of your Data Management Plan.
