Once the thesis has reached the state where the (co)supervisors are willing to approve it, the thesis (together with your authorship statement) can be uploaded in Hora Finita. All information will be sent to your supervisor for approval. You will be informed of the outcome by email.

Click the link and the following page will open. Make a choice and click save. If you do not agree, uploading the thesis is not possible.

Log into Hora Finita and navigate to 'Graduation phase' or go to your PhD Checklist and click 'Submit final manuscript'.

Fill in the required fields and upload your thesis and Authorship Statement. Then click on 'Manuscript upload for assessment' to submit it to your 1st supervisor.

You will receive the following pop-up prompt asking you if you are sure that you wish to submit.

After your manuscript is approved by your supervisors, you will receive the following e-mail:

If your manuscript and/or Authorship Statement is rejected by your supervisor, you will receive the following email informing you of the rejection.

You can upload a new version of the thesis and/or your Authorship Statement by navigating to:

1. Click on 'Graduation phase' tab.

2. Click on 'Upload modified manuscript' tab.
