During the PhD trajectory, the supervision team can be changed. As a PhD candidate you cannot modify the supervision team in Hora Finita yourself. For this you need to contact your chair group secretary, who can submit a 'proposal change supervisors' in Hora Finita. First, the first promotor is requested to review the proposal, then the PhD candidate and finally the Doctoral Service Centre. After the approval process, the supervision team will be adjusted accordingly in Hora Finita.

You will receive an email to review the proposal.

1. Click on the link Review the composition

A form will open with an overview of the current situation and the new proposal.

2. Check the information on the form

3. Select your assessment
4. If applicable, enter comments about your assessment
5. Click on Submit

After submission, the Doctoral Service Centre will be asked to review the proposal.

Once the Doctoral Service Centre has approved the proposal, those involved will be informed. As a PhD candidate, you will receive the following email.
