During the PhD trajectory, the supervision team can be changed. As a PhD student you cannot modify the supervision team in Hora Finita yourself. For this you need to contact your chair group secretary who can send in a 'proposal change supervisors' via Hora Finita. First, the first promoter is requested for approval, then the PhD student and finally the Doctoral Service Centre.

You will be notified by email to submit your approval.

After clicking on the 'Review the composition' link, a form will open with an overview of the current situation and the new proposal.

At the end of the page you can enter your assessment with your comments. After submission, the Doctoral Service Centre will be asked to review the change request.

Once the Doctoral Service Centre has sent the final approval, those involved will be informed. As a PhD candidate, you will receive the following email.
