How to complete the requirement 'Submit Non-payroll agreement'?

General information

This requirement is only mandatory for trajectories starting from 01-01-2023 and applies only to non-payroll PhD candidates. This means that you do not have an employment contract with WUR.

Uploading the agreement is the responsibility of your supervisor. The deadline for fulfilling this obligation is 26 weeks (within 6 months) after the start of the PhD trajectory (this is in line with the deadlines for the Research Proposal and Data Management Plan).

If this requirement has not been completed, the Go/NoGo form cannot be submitted.

Requirement rejected

After submission of the agreement by the supervisor, the requirement will be reviewed by the Doctoral Service Centre (DSC office). If the agreement is rejected, you will receive an email about the rejection, with feedback.

Requirement approved

If the agreement is approved, you will receive an email that the requirement has been resolved.

Your first supervisor will also be informed of the result by email.
