As soon as your thesis and propositions have been approved you will receive this email asking you to submit your cover and title pages.

The title pages and full cover (including the front, spine and back) can be submitted via Hora Finita in two ways:

Option 1

You can submit your cover and title pages by navigating to the appropriate page in the following way:

1. Clicking on the 'Graduation phase' tab.

2. Then clicking on the 'Submit title page and cover' tab.

Option 2

You can also upload your cover and title pages by going to your PhD checklist on your Dashboard and selecting 'submit title page'.

On the page where you can upload your title pages, you can generate an example of a title page by clicking on 'Generate title page':

If you are ready to upload your cover and title pages, you can do this by using the ‘Browse’ buttons and selecting the appropriate file from your file explorer:

Click on ‘Send’ to submit your title page and cover. You will receive the following message on top of your screen:

If your title page and cover are approved you will receive the following email with feedback in a document that is attached to the email:

If your cover and title pages are rejected you will receive the following email with feedback in a document that is attached to the email:
