How to upload the cover and title pages in Hora Finita?
As soon as your thesis and propositions have been approved, you will receive an email from Hora Finita asking you to submit your cover and title pages.
Uploading your title pages and cover
You can upload your title pages in Word, and the full cover (including the front, spine and back) in PDF.
1. Go to Graduation phase
2. Click on Submit title page and cover
3. Click on Browse to upload the documents
4. Click on Submit.
Upload passport for verification of personal details
In the final stages of the PhD programme, it is important that personal data is correctly registered in Hora Finita. This is to ensure that various documents, including the diploma, correspond to the correct personal details.
Note: The passport is automatically removed from Hora Finita upon graduation.
Approved
If your title page and cover are approved, you will receive an email with feedback.
Rejected
If your cover and title pages are rejected, you will receive an email with feedback as a comment, or in a document that is attached to the email. You can upload your adjusted title page and cover via your Checklist.
