Once the Office of the Registrar has set a date and location for the ceremony and your thesis has been approved you will receive this email asking you to submit your title page.

There is two ways in which you can find the page where you can upload your thesis in Hora Finita.

Option 1

You can submit your title page and cover by navigating to the appropriate page in the following way:

1. Clicking on the 'Graduation phase' tab.

2. Then clicking on the 'Submit title page and cover' tab.

Option 2

You can also upload your title page and cover by going to your PhD checklist on your Dashboard and selecting 'submit title page'.

On the page where you can upload your title page, you can generate an example of a title page by clicking on 'Generate title page':

If you are ready to upload your title page and cover, you can do this by using the ‘Browse’ buttons and selecting the appropriate file from your file explorer:

Click on ‘Send’ to submit your title page and cover. You will receive the following message on top of your screen:

If your title page and cover are approved you will receive the following email with feedback in a document that is attached to the email:

If your title page and cover are rejected you will receive the following email with feedback in a document that is attached to the email:
