Approve change of supervision team
General information
During the PhD trajectory, the supervision team can be changed. A change request can be made by a graduate research school or chair group employee. First, the first promoter is requested for approval, then the PhD student and finally the PhD Office.
As a PhD student, you will be notified by email to submit your approval.


Review change request
After clicking on the 'Review the composition' link, a form will open with an overview of the current situation and the new proposal.
At the end of the page you can enter your assessment with your comments. After submission, the PhD Office will be asked to review the change request.
Final approval
Once the PhD Office has sent the final approval, those involved will be informed. As a PhD candidate, you will receive the following email.
