How to use the Touchscreen (CTOUCH)
The Touchscreen Board is used as a whiteboard and for presentations during lectures.

The functionalities of the Touchscreen currently only apply to CTOUCH Touchscreens in Aurora, not to those in Forum. The software of the Touchscreens in Forum will be updated in the near future.
Get started
The Touchscreen should turn on automatically when you turn on the Projector on the Control Panel.
If the Touchscreen does not turn on automatically, or when you don't want to use the Projector, you can turn it on manually. To turn on the Touchscreen
1. Press the round button below the screen to turn on the screen
Use the Touchscreen as a whiteboard
Activate the whiteboard mode
To use the Touchscreen as a whiteboard,
- Press the round button below the screen
- Click on the dropdown menu for input selection
- Select COS as input source
- Select UBoardMate2 in the top left corner
You can use your hands or a Touchscreen Pen to write on the Touchscreen. The touchscreen pen can be picked up at the reception of the building.
Using the whiteboard functions
When using the Touchscreen as a whiteboard using the UBoardMate2 app, you can use the buttons on the bottom side of the screen for the following actions:
- Exit the whiteboard
- Select the pen mode
- Select the mode for drawing shapes
- Select the eraser mode
- Delete the current whiteboard canvas
- Undo the last action
- Redo the last undone action
- Create a new whiteboard canvas
- Switch between your created whiteboard canvases
How to use the Touchscreen as a screen for presentations
Activate the presentation mode
To use the Touchscreen as a presentation screen,
- Press the round button below the screen
- Click on the dropdown menu for input selection
- Select HDMI1 as input source
Use the Touchscreen to write during your presentation
To write on the slides of your PowerPoint presentation,
- On the computer, click on the pen-icon in the menu in the bottom-left corner of the presentation
Apart form PowerPoint, you can use any writing or whiteboard tool with the Touchscreen
Finish up
To shut down the Touchscreen,
- Hold the round button below the screen until the screen turns off
