• Pick up a Pointer (1) at the reception 
• Press the Projector On button (2) on the Control Panel on the desk
• Press Select Laptop (3) if you use your own device

• Select preferred screen settings with Windows+P
• Press Screens Up or Screens Down buttons (4) to lift or close the blinds
• Volume button (5) adjusts the volume of the laptop (for playing media)

Use the Digital Pointer
The Digital Pointer can be picked up at the reception of the building.

• Pull the USB dongle out of the Logitech Pointer and plug it into the USB-port of the Laptop.

In the task bar on the bottom of the Laptop screen,

• Click on the Show hidden icons symbol > click on the Logitech Presentation symbol (yellow dot with arrow)
• A SPOTLIGHT menu appears, from which you can choose your pointer function
• The Logitech Pointer functions (highlight, magnify, digital laser) are visible to online students too

Use the Laser Pointer or your own pointer
The Laser Pointer can be picked up at the reception of the building. You can also use your own pointer.

• Plug the USB-dongle of the pointer into the USB-port of the Laptop.

• Press Projector Off button (2) on Control Panel
• Return the Pointer (1) to the reception
