Getting Started
  • Pointer (1) can be picked up at the reception
  • Press Projector on on Control Panel (2) 
  • Press Show Desktop PC (advised) (3), or Show Laptop PC (4) if you use your own device
  • If PC is off, turn it on by pressing the ON button on the PC inside the drawer  (5)
  • Adjust the room lighting with the Open Screens and Close Screens (6) buttons
  • Press Lights Present 1 or Lights Present 2  buttons (7) to adjust the lights
  • Volume button (8) adjusts the volume of the PC or laptop (for playing media and in MS Teams meetings)


Audiovisual equipment
Speakers Sound problems 
Check if the room speakers are selected. In the bottom-right corner of the PC Monitor, click on the speaker symbol and select Extron.
Finishing up
  • Do not switch off the PC! Sign out from your account on the PC 
  • Press Projector Off button (9) on Control Panel
  • Press Lights Present 1 or Lights Present 2  buttons (7) to adjust the lights 
  • Return the Pointer (1) to the reception
