1. Search for the student  (Manual to search for a student) 

2. Go to the Personal details
3. Click on CHANGE

4. Click on NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

5. Check the box Studievertraging
6. Click on OK

7. Fill in the credits of study delay under Credits studievertraging (Using a 3 or 4 number code, with the first 1 or 2 numbers the amount of study delay and the last 2 numbers being the academic year)
8. click on SAVE
