Change Examprogram year of student
- SA sends e-mail to examining board, explaining why year has to be changed
- Examining Board sends e-mail to FB and asks FB to change year
- FB changes year and informs examining board
- Student creates a new plan in planapp and puts the courses in the planning
N.B. Make sure to send the student the manual for this procedure and put emphasis overruling their original (approved) plan. Otherwise the student might submit their electives for the wrong Exam program.
