1. Go to Osiris Basis

2. Select the students you want to select by filling in the relevant fields

3. Select if you want a list of active students (Yes), not active students (no) or a list of both active and non active students (leave this field open).)

4. Click on ‘ search’; the list will appear

5 Click on ‘ export the selected students’

6. Choose the rows you want to export: ‘all rows’

7. Choose your action: ‘run an existing report’

8. Select the list you want to run: ‘export for Programme teams (Faculty based)’

9. Click ‘ next’

10. Choose output format ‘excel’ and click ‘ execute’; the excel list will then appear

N.B. The combination student-programme will be shown per row. So if a student is enrolled in more than one programme, there will be separate rows for every programme.
