How to see which students have applied for my bachelor programme?

This manual will show you how to see which students have applied for registration to your bachelor programme. Do keep in mind that this list includes all students that have applied for registration for your bachelor programme, except for the ones that were rejected or withdrawn. So this also includes students that have applied for registration for multiple programme and have not decided which they are going to do. Therefor this does not mean that all these students will actually start with your bachelor.

Intermezzo: AID

The next steps show you how to search -within these students- which ones have registered for the full AID, or for the Studyday of the AID.
Note that this information is manually imported in Osiris, so this data is not real-time synchronized with the AID-registrations.
Note also that registration for the AID is done as a student. Students with for example a (active request for) enrollment for two programme's and a registration for the AID will show up in exports of both programmes. This is a small group, though it does happen. There no workaround to prevent this.

To the selectionfilter created above, you can add the AID-filter for that specific year.
Again, as done above, click 'Advanced Search' (see step 5)

In the 'additional information' select the AID-AID2025 (for August 2025) filter (B), and filter on  FULL-AID and/or STUDYDAY (only study-day registration).

When you now click 'Search'  you're searching within the previous selection for those students with an AID enrollment.

Exporting
