How to search for graduates?
In this manual we will explain to you how you can look up the students who have been selected for graduation (pay attention, in this search you are not looking for a graduation date as is shown on the diploma, but you can do a search for a period of time in which a student was approved for graduation by the examboard. However the examination date will appear in the report).
1. Go to OSIRIS BASIS
2. Select Reports
3. Select 9.3.20- Graduated student
4. Enter you program (for instance “BBI”)
5. Enter the period in which you would like to search (pay attention, in this search you are not looking for a graduation date as is shown on the diploma, but you can do a search for a period of time in which a student was approved for graduation by the examboard. This date is later then the graduation date. However the examination date will appear in the report)
6. Click “Run”
7. Your report will appear in a short moment of time, on the right side you can see what you can find in the report.
N.B. These list should not be shared with others.
N.B. 2: Students on these lists do not necessarily participate in the graduation ceremony. The graduation ceremony is organized by the graduation office.
