Checklist: How to set up a Graded Course

This article offers a step-by-step checklist to successfully create a graded course in Brightpsace. You can use this as an overview of all the steps that need to be followed and in which articles you can find the information to carry them out.

Please be aware that the Grade Book needs to be set up before creating assignments or other forms of Assessments

Once you have checked off all items on this checklist, you have completed setting up a graded course.

You can also book a time with one of our Instructional Designers at TLC to double-check that everything is correct at [email protected].

You are done. Great job!

The title is not clear for our lecturers. All courses are graded. I suggest: How to use grading in Brightspace.

in the blue marked text I cannot write remarks. I think 'graded' course should be changed in 'grading within Brightspace

In the blue marked text I would change 'a graded course' into 'grading within Brightspace'.
