MS Teams | Roles of participants and options

The MS Teams has three distinct user roles: Owner, Member, and Guest. Each role comes with different permissions and rights within the team.

Participant roles in MS Teams meeting and their options

Different user roles in MS Teams offer varying options during meetings.

All the participants in a meeting are Presenters, unless you change them from Participants to Attendees.
