MS Teams | General information
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, WUR has moved part of the education online. In order to provide a better remote learning experience, WUR has integrated Microsoft Teams with the current and main online learning environment, Brightspace. Â
What is MS Teams
Teams, provided by Microsoft, is a platform that allows simultaneous collaboration and communication between individuals in a team. It combines chat, video meetings, file storage and collaboration, and application integration. It can also be used in education to conduct online learning aside from the normal classroom environment. Â
Teams application is part of Microsoft 365, which entails users to have Microsoft 365 Apps for business or Enterprise license to use it. Wageningen University members can access it with their WUR account. Â Â

Download Teams' desktop app
Teams can be used via a browser, or via a desktop application. Â You can download the app from Microsoft Teams download page, for both computer and mobile.
