Wooclap | How to integrate in MS Teams

Wooclap integration in Microsoft teams makes distance learning easier and  helps to create interactivity between teachers and students.

Adding a Wooclap event via MS Teams calendar is only possible when the scheduled meeting has been organized through Outlook or Brightspace. It can’t yet be integrated with Teams meetings organized from a Teams channel

How to add a Wooclap event via MS Teams calendar

You can add a Wooclap event in your scheduled meeting in your Microsoft Teams calendar.

Once you have created your Microsoft Teams Meeting, open your calendar and,

  1. Navigate to the event you would like to add a Wooclap to and click on Edit
Click on Edit |MS Teams meeting
  1. Click on the [+] button at the top of your teams meeting
Click on + button
  1. Select Wooclap in the list of the apps
Select Wooclap in the list of the apps
  1. Click on Add
Click on Add
  1. Create a new event by filling in the event's name

    OR

    Tick the box Select an existing event? to choose an event  from your existing events
  2. Click on Save

 

Enter an Event name or click on select an existing activity and click on save

The Wooclap tab will be added on top of your teams meeting ,

  1. Click on [ Wooclap] Event name to create and edit the content of your Wooclap event
Click on [ Wooclap] Event name
