Brightspace enables you to set a number of different restrictions for a variety of topics/activities. Restrictions can be used to limit access of students to these activities. For example by setting a start and/or end date, or by having the requirement of having completed another part of the course first. Restrictions can be set in Course Content, Discussion Topics and Forums, Assignment, Quizzes, Grades and Surveys.
